2. What is the shipping time?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: order confirmation, quality inspection and packaging. All orders are delivered to the manufacturer within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the order, it takes extra 2-4 days

Shipment time: refers to the time it takes for the goods to be transported from our warehouse to the destination-n. US orders are shipped by e-Packet, and it usually takes between 7 to 14 working days to reach the destination, but sometimes it takes longer. In addition, UPS, DHL, FeDex, etc. are also available.

3. Where you ship goods from?

Normally We ship goods from China, meanwhile we have also warehouse in California. It depends on the situation of warehouse.

2.My payment was declined, Why?
